Really like contact, really dislike the app. Was never able to use it after moving house, always had to use mobile web. I was told it was fixed a number of times and it never was. Recently the web app stopped working, whether I ticked new web app or not on the login page, logging in was impossible. I redownloaded the all and it was working now for my new address. It crashes on the hourly usage screen, and also isn't up to day on the daily usage screen.

This app is worse than terrible, crashes evertime you try to check usage. What little info you can get is all Kwh so you can't figure out what you are spending. Given it's 2021 I would have thought an app that functions was not too much to ask for, do t waste your time or data downloading this app. Contact have been great to deal with but app it a let down

Very slow, often doesn't update until you open and close it a couple of times. Doesn't let you download your data and doesn't break down the usage by meter or register. Doesn't save credit card data for payment. Can't configure auto payment. Pretty pointless really. Update: Just had PV installed and can now see their data readings are make believe. The latest update has a broken "help and support" feature.

Great app to have. Does glitch out a fair bit, but after a couple of days it seems to work again. Super helpful to monitor your useage.

Seems to work well. I have it set to autologin and it weirdly goes through each step in the process each time automatically rather than going straight to the bit I actually want to see

Contact is bad, they overcharged me giving me 1200 dollar bills, i paid automatically so didnt realise, they wont respond to emails or calls to sort it ive tried 8 times... and so i emailed them said im now protesting about inaction by not paying my bill. I got 1email in reply to my emails re huge bills, they emailed me asking could i send them my bills!!! ! Like WHAT? they do the bills! Today they cut my power off when ive told them i nd power to breathe. Totally useless. Dont go to contact.
