18/7/2022: 1 star: From bad to worse. Web based app, might as well use the mobile web. Bring back ver2.9.17 and fix your rebate calc, it's NOT sales! 8/2/2021: 3 stars: Lack of functions. Their excuse "need higher adoption rate". But they don't understand that ppl are avoiding due to that. I'm tired to elaborate d. I had to repeat 6 times to get them to understand, and yet they refused to call. It's good e-commerce program, system, affordable, just lack initiative to upgrade and address issues.

Easy Store App cannot open or use on Android (Samsung S22) at all. Unable to log in/out. Keep getting "Unauthorized" warning. Can only use to create new store. Not useable at all. Uninstall & reinstalled the app. But still unable to log in/out. Forever stucked in "unauthorized" warning.

Worse service ever for online platform.Customer service took few hour to reply and even if did they will always come out with excuse. In their policy section 6.1 they mention u may cancel your account at any time but when i did want to cancel all customer services agent gone, some even reply me mention because i have use for 7 month so i unable to cancel it. Yet in their policy never mention before that after 7 month cannot cancel the subscription.

Easystore's platform and app has much room to improve and much more features that would be great if added to have competitive edge compared to other e-commerce and POS platforms. 3/5 for their features at the moment. As for their support, I am very satisfied with Tan Ye's responsiveness and helpfulness in resolving my issues, as well as taking suggestions seriously. 5/5 for Tan Ye's support that he rendered me 👏🏻

Still lack of function 1. I need the invoice to be able to send via whatsapp in pdf format 2. I want to key in order using apps. Because i not always get access to the laptop. Come on nowadays ppl do their work using phone! 3. The invoice should be able to print or or send bfore the customer. Now wat i do is i have to klik paid ( even the cust does not paid yet ) bcoz i want the "print invoice" button so then only i can send to the customer the invoice via whatsapp. Please help

The latest apps version made this apps worst for our staff member. Quick button like whatsapp or call to communicate with customers directly all GONE. Appa suppose to be less complicated as the desktop version!!
