This app worked perfectly on my previous phone, no any single complain for six months. However, I bought new phone SAMSUNG GALAXY Z Fold II and downloaded the app. The app closes itself straight away after trying to open it! I do not know what to do? I can't work without the app!

Sadly the app is not useful at all. Keeps crashing everytime I try to login in. App is not optimized for newest android version so it's impossible to book a shift. And as I can read in other reviews it keeps happening from months ago ... I gave 2 starts because the company is good and costumer service is helpful and very responsive. As soon as you solve this problem I'll be back to edit this review.

If you cancel a shift you are threatened with a strike. client can cancel it few hours before whenever they feel like it. happened to me twice. job offer is terrible and not well paid, the app doesn't work most of the time. location is also bad. I emailed many times and hope that the company will fix all of the mentioned as the core idea and flexibility of work is good.

Never sent new job notifications!!! When possible to fix this issue!!!?? I waiting more than years!! If you lucky u catch 1 job a week (4hours shift) £40-50. Shame. App always crashing, freezing. Begginner kid developers.

Its not offer me everyday jobs or offer usually too far places. I think there is a level or algoritm between new and old users thats why we couldnt see all daily offer and best match jobs. Bad side is; app. Keep crushing and stop working few time in a day thats very suffering i uninstalled and installed millions time. Anyways thank you very much for this beneficial app.

Good app for delivery drivers looking for side jobs. Although it's quite confusing as I got accepted for a few jobs but then on the day of the job it said I wasn't confirmed anymore, only showed J applied for it. That's highly inconvenient and annoying as I cleared out my day for that job. If that happens again then I would strongly discourage using this service as its misleading and does not even offer an explanation.
