This app has the same issue with the other developer's PDF apps. The Add Images option is BROKE, goes through the process, but nothing in the end. Off to a bad start...

why it's so underrated ...its an adfree app with all the features you need. move your pdf files to "PDF FILES" folder . and that's it everything you can do
