I would give them zero start if possible. Worst developer ever. Very worst experience with them. We had developed a resseling app with them. After receiving payment they stop responsing to us. They had made a third class app. No response, No work and five months over but app is not completed yet. They said that they will complete your app in three days. Highly disappointed. I will definitely not recommend this developer to anyone. I am stuck with them.
