App doesn't work.

On initial install is great and can see all info. 2 months later when I went to find insurance info continued to get internet error although I was connected. Works again if continue to re-install for each use so really not useful at all.

It has the potential to be very cool, however I submitted a message monday and only recieved a call thursday. I was hoping for a message back as I work 9-5. Also I don't like having to log in every time with typing email and password
