This program used to work great. I have used it for years. Then it started to crash. I sent three emails with no response. I then found out there was an update that was supposed to have fixed the problem, where it crashed on some samsung devices. It still crashes. Since emails did not work I thought a post would get more attention. They have no problem sending emails for renewal payment but not in response to problems. If this is not resolved shortly I will be canceling my subscription!

Great in concept and features but horribly unreliable with synchronization. I have to go to our server and resend all data frequently. I wish they would work their bugs out as it has the potential to be very useful.

Where to begin... Well, all I can say is this product flat out works! If there is a problem-even one that I caused, believe me, they work to resolve it as quickly as possible and they do not leave you hanging for days. If you need to sync Act with your hand held(mine is a Samsung Galaxy S8) this works about as perfect as one could expect. Thanks Craig and Greg for the timely resolution of the issue I caused. Many improvements since I first used it in 2008. My colleague has an iPhone and there are some minor differences in apple. I like the android much better. The best part is that I can text contacts and email any of my Act contacts. It syncs and is way quicker than Act, love it! Hint! Make sure you set up your sync properly or redo it later.

Great when it works, one day it works, the next day, continuously crashing at start up, even after reinstalling it. With a paid subscription, we kinda need access to our contacts now, our clients don't want to hear anything about bugs in the apps that we use.
