I have applied for a new connection through this app on 31st march 2021,I got a call regarding submission of certain documents,which I did through this app,since than there has been no updates,my status shows documents submitted and verified since more than a month.but I haven't got any connection.will I have to go through the usual way of going through the local office and pay bribes?than this app is useless

The idea of the app is good there is no doubt at all. But app needs some improvement. While generating self bill the app Shows Error. And there is no discription of error. My Sub division is Amour (NBPDCL). Kindly fix this issue. 3 star for showing error otherwise 5 star.

Good initiative by BSPHCL All in All App but I want to give some suggestions please consider 1. complaint registration should be added on OTP Based ( Consumer No Mandatory) in Case of Billing issue meter Image and Valid Documents upload column should be available 2. Previous bill details should be shown to consumer ( additional Consumption graph column if possib 3. Previous Payment details should be shown to consumer 4. Report an Accidental incident /complaint with Image upload on OTP Based

I have applied for mobile number change from this app almost 2 weeks back & it still shows under process & when I tried to call 1912 it says consumer isn't taking any calls , almost all Indian Government apps are designed by worst designers , 80% of the time they don't work

It is just wasting our time useless app. After feeling all details and provided all documents they are asking again and again. Or I will say it is not fault of app but electric department staff who is on backend don't want to run this app.

Pathetic app .They just tell that you can generate bill by itself but it is always showing error and no description about that error.Moreover no help or contact button.
