Aplicativo destinado aos cidadãos que necessitam dos serviços e informações oferecidos pela Rede SAC, sob gestão da Secretaria da Administração do Estado da Bahia (Saeb). Nessa versão do APP SAC Mobile estão disponíveis os seguintes serviços:

- Consultar endereços de todas as unidades de atendimento da Rede SAC na Bahia;

- Consultar serviços e informações oferecidas pela pelos Postos SAC e Pontos Cidadão em toda Bahia;

- Verificar documentação, dados e informações necessários para solicitar a emissão do documento ou prestação de serviço;

- Agendar atendimento, podendo escolher a unidade da Rede SAC mais próxima do usuário, a data e horário que melhor convier;

- Localizar o Posto SAC mais próximo do cidadão, indicando a distância e o roteiro para deslocamento até a unidade;

- Acompanhar a fila de atendimento, de acordo com o número da senha do usuário;

- Acessar notícias e avisos divulgados no Portal SAC;

- Responder à pesquisa de satisfação, que avalia o atendimento e serviços prestados pela Rede SAC.
