A função do App é discar 191???!!! Eu não entendi... É isso que o app faz, discar pro 191 e cair no atendimento? Pra discar 191 ou 190 não seria mais fácil ir no telefone e discar, ao invés de procurar um app pra fazer isso pra mim? Criem dentro do app botões como: estou em perigo, ou assalto, tiroteiro, fui roubado, qualquer coisa assim e aí no ciodes recebe, jah com a localização do local e o que está ocorrendo. Parece fazer mais sentido do que só discar... Bom, sugestão e espero que dê certo!
