Esse aplicativo permite que você desenvolva formulários dinamicamente.

Você pode definir quais os tipos de campos dentre vários disponíveis, ajustar a ordem, definir propriedades, como o titulo do campo, se é obrigatório ou não alem de outras opções.

Também é possível definir alguns Layouts com cores dos botões e fundo, em seguida salve seu formulário com o nome desejado e pronto.

Ao carregar o aplicativo faça o acesso com seu email e senha, caso tenha vários formulários selecione o desejado, caso tenha apenas um o mesmo será carregado automaticamente com suas definições.

O formulário deverá ser preenchido e salvo, em seguida ele poderá ser enviado ao sistema aonde os dados poderão ser capturados e exportados para uma planilha em Excel caso desejado.

Existem vários tipos de campos disponíveis, como texto livre, telefone, números, CEP, email, horário, CPF ou CNPJ, caixas de seleção, localização do GPS, leitura de código de barras, foto em alta definição, foto em baixa definição e até assinatura no próprio aplicativo.
