I have been trying for days to log in, Ive reset my password 3 times, Ive restarted my phone, Ive un installed and re installed the app. My party is today and I have no way to view the progress. I also sent a message to Norwex via FB messenger and got a response that they woukd get back to me this was 3 days ago. Consultant doesnt know a fix either.

I'm hosting a party and I cannot log in bc I don't have a password. I've tried using the reset button 4 times but have not received an email with the reset link. I've also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and still nothing. I've been trying for the last 14 hours. Please help.

Terrible. It asks for a password but doesn’t allow you to ceate one. I even went to the Norwex site and created a login and password there, but it didn't accept that either.

I have downloaded the app multiple times and try to enter my info - won't work - tried resetting my password still won't work. I finally have up. Very disappointed with the app.

I uploaded all my contacts I wanted to invite to my party and had to send to each one individually. Fine, I did that. Then the link on the invite didn't work. So I had to explain it 52 times to all the people I invited. Then resend again - not through the app.
