Il ristorante giapponese Konnichiwa è un piccolo angolo di giappone situato al centro di Roma nel quartiere Parti nei pressi del Vaticano, a due passi dalla metro ottaviano. Il locale ha un aspetto prettamente tradizionale, con i colori, il parquet e le lampade che ricordano l’oriente.

Lavorazione e conservazione del pesce: il pesce viene quotidianamente scelto e comprato personalmente dallo Chef per offrire sempre il meglio alla clientela. Prima di essere servito, viene rigorosamente abbattuto (tecnica di surgelamento veloce del pesce, per offrire, oltre alla bontà, anche la sicurezza di pesci a norma di igiene. Una volta abbattuto, il sapore del pesce non ha niente da invidiare al pesce fresco).

Pietanze esclusive che variano dal più classico per gli amanti del sushi tradizionale, al new style, per chi invece ama assaporare gusti sempre nuovi e particolari.
