UI is OK. Overall a good application to access the things. But the tax paying and other bill paying option should be included in the app instead of giving references to original sites of tax payment. You can invest more in UI.

All seem to be fine except the profile image when it is uploaded, the submit tab looks inactive. That's why, I'm unable to register myself with profile image. I hope it must be taken carefully by the technical team of this application.
