This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Axi-Watch on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Axi-Watch® is a mobile application that geolocate, manage, centralize and follow-up your incidents on site. All actions and steps are fully tracked, from the status «new task» to the status «task completed». In order to optimize your site operation, the web interface is completed with a planning calendar and a statistical tool.

1st Step : Detecting an incident
- Take a picture/ video.
- Define the incident’s type.
- Add a comment.
- Geolocate your incident.
- Send the task to the relevant department for action.

2nd Step : Incident processing
- Notification received in real time on the mobile application and by e-mail.
- Follow up on the status : new task, task in progress, task completed
- Access to the intervention schedule

3rd Step : Web interface management
- The web interface summarizes all your incidents with all information (picture, location, comment, status, department in charge).
- Possibility to add an incident directly from the web interface (reception desk).
- Plan maintenance operations.
- Reminder alarm.

4st Step : Statistics & reporting
- Statistics are available in real time on the web interface and allows you to analyze :
- number of tasks distribution ;
- acknowledgement time ;
- resolution time;
- etc.
Data are available by department, user, equipment and location.
