Too many glitches, the app passwords need resetting every few months, why we need a password to view our rosters is beyond me- it's not like someone is going to show up and do my roster! Currently trying to reset my password and have tried at least a dozen passwords of varying complexity and it keeps telling me none of them meet the complexity of a corporate password. It is now 1.20am, I have been trying for the last half an hour, this app is beyond frustrating. God help us when electronic shift log on commences, if this is anything to go by.

18/05/19:Good overall at the moment, handy tools, except using a Samsung S8 and Pin Code to login requires 2-3 attempts. It would just shut the app completely off my screen. Then I'd have to try again. 05/04/20: App still continues to crash, need to re-enter password and hit signin multiple times before logging-in. Yardsheet constantly not updated or just dissapear's saying "Refer to Yardsheet" you could see it in the morning then when you decide to check again later in the day it's gone.

Why the need to change the password all the time, it's unnecessary, it's not like it holds critical private information . Fix this and I will give a better rating because when it works it's great but it glitches everytime I need to change the password

While the concept of having a roster on your phone is fantastic, I have both an iPhone and a Samsung and can not get my roster on either device, which defeats the purpose of me having it installed anyway, so needless to say disappointed by the app!!

Easy to use, when it works. Crashes constantly, must reinstall every few months. No Annual Leave. Will update my review when App goes through a major update to fix problems.
