So confusing and the time to set up for new businesses is so slow. It meant to be more effective, plus, why do I have to send my customers into a platform where they can get into any other competitor's venue and buy from them? Promoting a third party app and paying it fee to distract client and promote the competition. It should be a tool for the businesses to help their customer to skip the lines instead of a platform to promote you and your competitors. I hope it could be addressed.
