The Driver Management application comes with an online cloud based securely hosted administration system and a mobile app that your drivers can use to receive information about their next delivery, run their timers and submit proof of delivery (POD) documentation to you in real time.

Managing a fleet of drivers with varying rosters and being able to communicate to your drivers about client deliveries with specific delivery instructions can be all quite a time consuming task. You may also need several people to manage this for you.

There are also certain things that may put your business at risk such as Drivers not accepting your terms and conditions, driving for longer periods without taking a break and not adhering to your compliance management; any oversight of any of these can lead to disastrous consequences. There are also several times where you need to be able to pre-book schedules and be able to review or even pay Drivers for the time spent on the road. These tasks are usually carried out using by several paper, semi-online processes or by using expensive hard to use systems which are not always easy to implement.
