Can't even log in to the app as it tells me that my employee number doesn't exist

Doesn't recognize me as an employee

Even though mobile phone number is asked for during login, the PIN is not sent to the mobile phone but a non-reusable one time PIN is sent to corporate email address. The app is useless without access to corporate email to retrieve a new PIN for each login.
