I just needed to reset my password to login via the browser but because I'm picking up the reset email via my phone, it's directing me to download the app. There's no alternative to do it via the browser. This is infuriating as I don't want or need the app on my phone. So I'll be swiftly deleting it now I've reset my password but Openn - you've left a sour taste in your tactics to get more downloads

Really difficult to app to work with. Disappointed. BACK takes to the 1st step where everything is reset. Filters are so limited that in practice doesn't make much difference. No map view (search). Not able to save or download the documents of the property bidding.

Not good for buyers. Great for sellers. We inspected the property, we did not know what the asking price is and whether it was in our budget. The seller (agent) can pause the auction at any time. It says it is fair for buyer and seller but it is clearly sided for the seller. Poor experience and will not be using this format again, if we find a property using openn negotiation we will walk away then and there 👎

Being a property seller for the first time, I was apprehensive about getting the right price and reliance on the agent. Listing on Openn through the agent made the whole process transparent and helped me realise a better price than I would have got through just a negotiated bilateral sale. It also helps the buyer gauge market interest in the property and accordingly bid. Unlike a normal auction, the buyers can add conditions which is upto the seller to accept. Would recommend Openn to my network

Terrible interface, difficult to navigate, doesn't present options as shown on training video, training mode doesn't allow you to do anything. If you thought actual auctions were horrible, try online.

Updating to 5 stars as the developer responded and remedied the issue. Can't use it anymore. Says 'upgrade required', I click update and it takes me to the playstore with only options to open or uninstall. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and same issue. Was working fine yesterday.
