About this app

LabourTime is an online labour hiring service for employers, workers/pieceworkers and recruiters.
If you have some short-term job/task (like cleaning, plumbing etc.) as a private person you also can use the Application as an employer.

It is easy to use because the strong algorithms on the back-end of this service do much works for you. Just follow advanced notifications and make your choice clicking buttons or choosing appropriate options for you.

At the same time the LabourTime provides you advanced opportunities in the navigation bar/menu of the application when you need it.

Employers can find specialists that suitable for their offers. And all the workers will be notified immediately. The workers can apply for the job just clicking a button and the employer will be notified immediately and can choose best of the workers..

The LabourTime application includes a quality control subsystem on rating. Workers can assess employers and vice versa. That assessments impact on rating of the workers and employers. The better worker/employer, the higher position in the lists. Also, there is score system that impacts on ratings. For example, users that use the LabourTime for long time have more scores. The more your scores, the higher your rating. But negative assessments can decrease scores.
On the other hand, your rating goes down when you don't use the Application because other users make more scores using the application. The rating of a user is calculated as "Score of the user" / "Maximum score from all the users' scores".

The application doesn't allow to make payments each other between employers and workers inside the application. The users can do it outside of the application after they will be contacted after hiring and according the conditions of the job.
