This is a lousiest app I have ever tried to installed. I first installed on my phone. When I want to install on my laptop it would not allow. I uninstalled from my phone but it was still saying it was installed on my phone and would not allow me to installed it on my laptop.

I'm using Samsung android phone & I've already reset my pwd at the Erik machine & still doesnt work on my app. Before it used to work, but I always had to log in first, then get denied access , then log in the 2nd time & finally get access. Annoying but it was the only way to work it. Every month you gotta reset your pwd. Triple the inconvenience now as the erik isn't even syncing with the app

Password can no longer be reset on Erik machine, making the app useless.

Shout out to the devs for fixing the logging in decline bug. Even though it took years but it's great now!

Broken app can't even get in because of password problems and when it does it resets the password a month later changed password at work still no good
