Finding hard to sign in as i have just upgraded my phone and would of thought with all the correct info it would of worked keep getting error message you need a video on how to set up for all phones

App has trouble connecting with bluetooth. The auto-logout is a hindrance not a benefit, as logging back in often takes you to the wrong page ("Live checklist management") with no clear way to navigate back to the checklists themselves. The app also is very slow, taking too long to load to move between screens. Turning some of the lists into single pages which you scroll on would be more useful than multi-page lists which require constant clicking of "next" and lots of loading time. Please fix.

The log-in stage is very frustrating and wastes a lot of time at work. 9 out of 10 times it just logs me into the website version instead of the actual app-oriented checklist. Additionally, it requires me to have my GPS/location turned on to connect to the Bluetooth probe.

Can't even get onto the app, get to the sign in stage and it just closes immediately. Makes it pretty impossible to try and do things at work and has put me in stressful predicaments

ipad is broken, we currently dont have the budget to replace it and i cant do food safety on my phone as when i hit sign in it just crashes. bad app, it needs to be fixed its an issue. Why the predjudice against android?
