This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Console Tenant on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

Maintenance reporting is not working. Says authenticating and then error message. Pdf of receipts is only available to share to email not direct to phone. You cant save sign in details and have to sign in each time with email and password. No ability to change username or password for security. App went live with inaccurate info and bugs.

The update won't allow access to app, keeps redirecting to main home screen, had to downgrade in order to access app.

Worked once in August 2019, now it's just "no internet connection". Others have had the same issue, but no comment or fix forthcoming. Cleared cache, cleared data, uninstall, reinstall multiple times. What rubbish.

Console Tenant makes it easy to raise and keep track of maintenance jobs at your rental property. Got a leak in the bathroom? Write a request, add a few photos, then send it off to your agent with the press of a button.

We make it easy to keep up to date with important tenancy related highlights, such as updated maintenance requests and recent rent, bond and invoice payments.

Console Tenant allows you to:
- Raise maintenance requests, including photos and notes about the problem.
- Check the status of your request for updates from property managers.
- Track past maintenance requests, including those raised by other tenants.
- Easily make invoice payments. [Only available if your PM Agency has opted into this feature]
- Track invoice payments. [Only available if your PM Agency has opted into this feature]
- Easily set up recurring rent payments. [Only available if your PM Agency has opted into this feature]
- View payment history, including rent, bond and invoice payments.
