Very well designed app structure as such. The problem I'm having is with the tracking history and the length of time taken to deliver. The tracking history for one of my items said it was to be sent to Perth Airport - next thing, it's in REDBANK, QLD! I put a query in and it finàllly looks to be on it's way (via NSW!). Strange.

Simple and effective. Everything seems easy enough to work. Requires when late the patience to wait your parcels out. Whatever the case you will still get it one way or the other, whatever, on time or late... Which is understandably given the situation due to the pandemic. The service is by far better because your interests are looked after and you get value for your money. Your parcels are delivered carefully and unbroken and undamaged and Australia Post goes out of it's way to look after you.

Can't fault this app, its the bringer of good news. Every time I see a notification I get a warm fuzzy feeling, knowing my packages are drawing nearer. I love how well it integrates with emails and websites. Never had a problem with the app performance, its very reliable. I love how I can set up parcel collect addresses on here and set preferences for how I want my deliveries handled. This is honestly one of my fave apps.

my package was due on the 21st, when I tracked it the message was saying delayed and could be up to 5 day's, I waited then tracked again and said it's with the driver, nothing that day, called the sender and asked can they see where it is and they said it's been at your post office since the 23rd, I contacted po and they said it's here with the note saying attempt delivery but no one home, their was someone home and there's also CCTV, there was no attempt of delivery and no card. Aus post FIX IT

Easy to use, and helpful. Hubby and I both work away, so the Aus Post app makes life very easy when it comes to monitoring deliveries and parcel collection. The app does what you need it to do without being clunky or overly complicated.

Hit and miss. sometimes it says it's coming and it never turns up. then I see no updates and it suddenly appears. need to sort out the international deliveries. The numbers change when they hit customs. The new numbers need to link to the old.
