About this app

dMAS is the leading manufacturer of RFP and proposal management software systems for the promotional products market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The key benefit of the scanning app dMAS Notes is its ability to capture visitor data: the new digital tracking tool enables simple contact information collection and straightforward data exports to exhibitors’ CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programs. In addition, as soon as a trade show badge is scanned, the automatic visitor recognition feature immediately indicates whether stand visitors are industry customers and, if so, which distributor invited them – without having to hand over industry customers’ complete contact information to exhibitors. The upshot: suppliers can pass on any enquiries from industry customers to their respective promotional products consultants for further processing, which means they’ll continue to stay committed to the indirect distributorship model. Besides visitor data capture, exhibitors can add their products to the dMAS Notes system, along with information such as pricing, finishing options, product variants, quantities, sample requests, and personal notes. This feature makes it possible to instantly process RFPs and send matching proposals to distributors right from the tool in order to serve industry customers and write orders at the fastest possible speed.
