Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Quick Inventário UFRB on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

About this app

Para o funcionamento correto deste aplicativo, baixe o Barcode Scanner, da ZXing Team, sem um leitor de código de barras, esta opção fica desativada no Quick Inventário. O aplicativo foi feito pensando em facilitar o trabalho realizado pelos técnicos da UFRB responsáveis pelo inventário dos setores dos quais são responsáveis. Tutorial rápido: 1) Digite o Nº de tombo ou clique em Ler para ativar a câmera. Aponte a câmera para o código de barras, deixando uma certa distância para que o aparelho consiga focar o código, mantenha até que ele retorne à tela do aplicativo. 2) Selecione o estado em que se encontra o bem que está sendo avaliado. 3) Preencha todos os outros campos e clique em Salvar. Será gerado um arquivo .txt na memória interna do celular com o nome: "Patrimônio + data", sempre que clicar novamente em Salvar, este novo item será adicionado no arquivo gerado para esta mesma data. 4) Transfira este arquivo para o computador, crie uma nova planilha no Excel, na aba "Dados" selecione na opção obter dados externos: De texto. Feito isso, na janela que aparecer, selecione "Delimitado", avance, Delimitadores: "Tabulação", "Ponto e Vírgula". Conclua e utilize o arquivo como preferir.
