It is a very reliable site for abayas n all. My experience is so far so good. The helpline is also very active and tend to ur queries very fast. The only draw back is that the tracking system is not very accurate and the comments from other customers on the product should be for that particular item only so it would be easy when looking for something particular.

Products are ok but d pricing is quite high inner cap worth 175 INR with a mask, TOO COSTLY. u can buy d full 12 piece set for 500-700 INR.. Just not worth it n dey dont even have different varity n design..

Not even worth giving 1 star. Very poor service and response towards customers. Don't order from this app.its totally fake.you will keep waiting but the product won't reach you.

Best abayas, hijab side...I just loved shopping from masho...The app have wishlist ...I was always prefer off-line shopping for a good product but when I first ordered from Masho I just loved online shopping online shopping is the best policy from Masho...come friends and choose Masho for showing your best

Worst service.No proper response towards the customer. They only pick calls while taking orders. But while we complain about any issue then they don't even pick up the calls. Very very late delivery. And that too the courier service they use is worst "Ecom Express ".never again going to order from this app again
