App is buggy. Support seems to be only via text. They responded quickly but didn't understand the problem I was having. Multiple messages back and forth, problem not fixed, communication fast but unclear. I'm new to the app, have arranged for 2 jobs, will see what happens this week as jobs get done (if they get done). Can't recommend the app yet, too buggy.

Used it twice. The first day was hiring muscle, 2 people 2 hours. People showed up on time and knew what they were doing and packed the moving truck well as one guy was a profesional mover. As time wore on though they dropped a couple heavy things and forgot 2 medium sized things to put in the truck so now i have to figure out how to move those now. I tipped them cash cuz i didn't know you could tip on the app since it was my first time using it. The next day i had hired 2 more people in a different city to unload the truck. Those people never showed up, never called, never responded to multiple texts and calls, Diem contact text blocked my texts and their phone is no one available at any time. That really screwed me as i'm elderly disabled and had to unload the truck myself. I did leave message on Diem voicemail wanting refund as they charge your credit card as soon as you requst help or it get's assigned. Still no refund. I can't say it's a complete fraud as the day before was good, not great but good. Second day was from hell and a disaster. I was barely able to unload the rental truck and get it turned in within minutes of allotted time to avoid additional charges.

Came back to revise my opinion. Had a lot of glitches on the app and my first appointment was a no-show, so I wasn't very happy with the app and considered uninstalling. However, I have it another chance and hired someone to clean my car. I'm so impressed with how well the Diemer did and the price was extremely reasonable! Even if I just use this app once a month to get my car cleaned I think it's worth the glitches.

At the end of the day you are relying on an individual to fulfill their commitment. I booked a cleaning days in advance and left instructions to get in. The lady never showed up and never messaged me to say she wasn't coming. It looks like I'll get the money back but that doesn't really solve the original problem. Maybe the app could have a rating system for individuals. I trusted them to provide someone reliable and I regret it. Deleting the app.

2 moving helpers - 2 hrs. I have found their service in craigslist the downloaded the app. It was so easy to book, I even texted/called Ramy and he was always quick to respond. The helpers arrived on time & ready to start right away! They looked huge & professional. I had to warn them that there was no elevator but they brought my sectional, mattress and all other super heavy stuff with ease. They were attentive & respectful. I booked for 2 hrs but they got it all done by only half hour!

First time user of App and cleaning service. I was able to book a cleaner with fairly short notice. I was pleased with the cleaner that came and the work that she did. She was pleasant, efficient and did all of the items on my list. The App is easy to use and pay through when the work was complete. I would definitely use again.
