About this app

Delivery Demand is a reliable, fast, and cost-efficient delivery service app for restaurants and food industry businesses. Our service is available 7 days a week during restaurant business hours and, in some cases, during non-business hours depending on the location. There is no need to hire more personnel to run deliveries, or lose money by having to discount your food orders 10%, 15% or even 25% just so they can be delivered. You are not even required to promote or advertise our app to your own loyal customers; therefore your business doesn’t lose money by having to discount food orders, as you would with other services.
The process is very easy and user friendly. On the Delivery Demand app just tap to request a delivery, type your customer’s information once: phone number, name, and address. The app will then calculate the mileage and rate to pay for the delivery. You charge the customer for the rate displayed and your credit card on file is charged once the order has been delivered. It’s that simple!
Our Smartphone’s app connects restaurants/businesses, delivery boys, and customers in cities where delivery demand operate. You just use your app to request a delivery or to accept a delivery request. The fare is automatically calculated and charged to the credit card on file linked to your Delivery Demand account.
What is the Delivery Demand application?
Is a food delivery app for fast and reliable deliveries in minutes. There is no need to hire personnel or use third party websites that charge commissions and fees. With Delivery Demand, you just tap to request a delivery and it’s easy to pay, just charge the delivery fee to the customer and Delivery Demand will charge your credit card on file for the service. The app uses a smart location feature that lets you know where your driver is at all times, from the pick-up to the final delivery. Delivery Boy, as well, will have on his / her order the business address where to pick up food, the customer name, phone number, and address where to deliver.
Requesting your Delivery Boy (DBA) is easy, here is how it works:
Just open the app, sign up with Delivery Demand and with our payment gateway partner, Stripe. You only have to do this one time.
Once you have signed up, sign in and you will be directed to the Delivery Demand main screen where you “Add Orders”.
Verify availability of Delivery Boys (DBA’s) by clicking “Update DBA”. Then, type in customer information. Once the customer’s information has been entered it will be saved in the system and next time they call their name, address, mileage and rate to charge will come up automatically by just entering their phone number. All customer info can be edited, if needed, at any time in the “Add Order” screen.
Once you have entered the customer’s information, click to submit the information to the “Open Order” screen, then click to send the order to the Delivery Boys. You will receive a message notifying you that your request has been sent, and you will get a message when a Delivery Boy has received the order and is on his/her way to pick up the order.
One great feature of the app is that you will be able to track your Delivery Boy when he/she is on the way to pick up the order and when he/she is on the way to deliver it.
Once the order has been delivered, your Delivery Boy will send you a picture of the signed receipt as proof that the order was delivered; payment will then be released from the credit card on file.
