This connection is similar to Annachi kadai, I feel like having a Internet connection from annachi, they know my name whenever I call them, not so systematic process, procedure. Simple and effective, very important I feel attached to the service. Today my internet is down due to own router but still I'm happy.

App- Simple app. With limited services. Service- Good service, earlier was using ACT often faced issues and raised several tickets, once disconnected takes at least 2days to recover. F2H are nearby reaching in 2hrs and solving the issues quicky. I strongly recommend the service.

I like easy setup of the app, being able to pay directly and also have the option to shift the package ..... Raising tickets in the app also helps us better. ...
