 Customer to call the call center and intimate the claim

 Call center to decide if the claim falls into the snap to claim Criteria. (Criteria to be minor claims, during 7am to 6pm excluding hit and run and malicious cases, call center agent also to have the option of activating snap to claim if a assessor is not available to do on site even if it doesn't fall into the above criteria)

 Call center agent to guide the customer on Snap to claim application download process. (Moving forward the call Center to give a welcome call at the time of policy underwriting and make sure the customer downloads the application to make snap to claim seamless as possible at a time of the claim)

 Call center agent to guide the customer through the Snap to claim needed photographs mentioned below

 Photo's of own damages of the insured vehicle including the number plate
 Photo's of third party vehicle damages including the number plate
 3rd party property damages
 Accident location including surrounding buildings
 Customers driving license / Customer insurance card
 Debris of the accident.
 Face of the insured and 3rd party driver
 Call Center agent in consultation with the engineering division to make an onsite offer if possible.
