Would love to use this but it doesn't allow me to select the picture that is set as my child's password (done at school) or enter the pin to log in. Please fix this glitch. This is now critical considering the current situation, schools being closed due to the public health crisis and required e-learning. Thank you

This app could be GREAT but it doesn't work! It froze on my ipad and doesn't open at all on my Chromebook. It's impossible to find for my iphone. I'm very upset because I love the superkids program and I'm very glad when my daughter is playing/studying with it

I've spent over an hour trying to get this to open on my son's Amazon tablet. It says it's compatible with my device, even says it installed. But there is no way open it. It says to now open in my app store but it's not in there. ??? Only reason it's getting any stars is because I got it to load on my phone and he does love this program. I just wish I could get it on his tablet

it constantly crashes and i can't even access the app so my son can use it on my Galaxy Note 9. it's a real bummer cuz my son loves it at school.
