I receive the card. I wasn't able to use it because the activate screen never appeared. Customer service number is an answering machine. You leave a message and they call you back.

I have been using the Smart PM app daily for a year and half. I am overall pleased with design. However, sometimes while I am in the middle of filling out a work order I need to reference the training materials. An icon/shortcut to the training material (as opposed to a bunch of unnecessary steps) would help immensely! With this, I would absolutely give 5 stars!

This app is used for my job only and, for the most part, it works enough to get thru most jobs, but it is very glitchy. When doing OSA scans, it constantly exits scan mode or will hit multiple shelf items (and you can't delete entries that are scanned in error). Also, it would be extremely helpful to include a link within work orders to access the job specific documents as opposed to having to back ask the way out of the work order to access the PDF files. Needs work for sure!

its for work, gets it done/ update 6-26-20, keeps crashing, won't upload it download, and glitches so badly it causes my phone to restart itself
