This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ServSuite Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Been on hold for 20 minutes trying to reach tech support. There's only 5k downloads so I HIGHLY doubt the line to talk to an agent is this long.

This app seems to be way below par. Glitchy, doesn't auto sync. Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. Not recommended.

It is a good app, very convenient. I give it 3 stars because my experience on the app varies, depending on which phone I am using. I have a Galaxy S8+ I use 90% of the time, but I can not use my keyboard in the app, I have to copy and paste anything I want to type, but my old J3 Orbit does allow use of keyboard. (I am a Pest control technician) Recommendation to the app designer(s): -Add the ability to search for chemical names, instead of having to scroll through them all.

It does what it says, just not quite as well as pen and paper. Had issues where I try to back space a typo and it deletes an entire sentence somewhere else. Started doing talk to text but it is just as risky with typos and back spacing. Call cust. Service and they tell a mix of start and stop - install and uninstall. If you did all that before calling them, they tell you that's what caused the problem. It schedules appointments... Sometimes. Needs a lot of work dude. Twenty eight characters left

Servsuite has been a great choice. I like that they are always looking to improve their stuff and listening to customer feedback. It is professional yet a personal touch.

About this app

ServSuite Mobile for your Android smartphone is a servicing and customer management application that gives ServSuite software customers real-time access to scheduled appointments and customer-related information in the field. You can synchronize your scheduled appointments, enter servicing-related details, and capture both customer and employee signatures. Using the built-in email capabilities, you can notify customers when you are on your way, and send copies of work orders and invoices without the need for printing.

Other features include updating customer contact information, entering notes, collecting payments, and reviewing recent customer history.
