This app is slow and clunky you put your results in from the quiz and it just loads and does not upload them

Waiting 3 months for phone win vouchers to become available. Have to track voucher wins as sometimes you win a £10 prize draw but doesn't reflect on the Rewards page so have to escalate with photo evidence. Phone sales never poll so have to manually track that too. Now vouchers won have gone missing for previous months from the Rewards section. Have emailed but looks like no resolution in sight.....

This app use to be good but since June no vouchers have been paid out. Even after contacting the ready team via the contact Us section... All you get back is were still looking into it.. Very poor would rate zero staring but have to put something.
