Edward works perfectly for all the sales reps who are struggling with manual reporting and data entry.

Edward, as your assistant automates repetitive tasks based on phone calls, messages and calendar. It automatically records your activities related with customers, draw conclusions and watches your daily plans. Access to both incoming and outgoing phone calls allows you to work with the assistant without the need to put additional data manually or remember to record this activity - everything happens automatically, saving time and providing the sales reps with the comfort of work.

After each phone call, Edward suggests next steps based on your behavior, eg. planning follow-ups, sending messages or scheduling meetings. Edward works in the background so you don’t have to remember about activating it during every sales call.

Thanks to the intelligent voice notes, Edward recognizes your voice and transcribes it into notes. It can also automatically schedule calls, meetings, and messages based on your voice commands.

Edward is an assistant for sales reps and the companies with sales departments with 5 or more sales reps. Thanks to automatic event logging, Edward will obtain the necessary data for his work. It can also learn your sales behaviors and thus become an integral part of the sales process.

Edward needs the following permissions to work properly:
• Default assistant – to work as your default assistant
• Read call log – to automatically register your sales call activities
• Process outgoing calls- to show you context information right after the phone calls
• Contacts – to add new customers and connect information about your customers from your contact list

Additionally you can grant the following permissions for more functions:
• Calendar – to manage your meetings with customers
• Camera – to scan business cards and put data into the contact list
• Microphone – to record voice notes
• Memory – to store and read information about voice notes and business cards files
• Send SMS – to automatically send the summary of your call to the customer
