Crashes on opening

The app doesn't work. I registered a month ago and the registration never got processed successfully. Land Department forwards me to Eres Support, that has been unable to fix my issue for weeks. They just keep sending the same message back stating "It's fixed, please login" or "It's fixed, register again". It's been more than 4 emails with the save reply. So sad something like this would happen in Dubai.

This app needs some serious testing. You can't just roll out an app where you do a payment and it gets deducted from the bank. Then you show an error. Minutes later i receive payment confirmation. App is very slow and lots of non working functionality. Stop rolling apps which does not work focus on quality rather propaganda! This is way below Dubai Standards. Shame...

Cancelled requests still show as rented. Then I have to send mail for technical support team to refresh system. It's illogical.
