Trying to renew contract via the app. After uploading the new contract copy and clicking on submit, it gives an error that "property not registered"

Disappointing. Tried to renew my rental contract via the app, the app crashed, but created a request in the background. I'm unable to see this request in the app and am not able renew the registration in person either because of this. I'm going back and forth with the support team for 4 days now and the issue is still not resolved, all they should do is to delete the request created by the crash
