مبادرة فريدة في نوعها و سباقة...اقترح لزيادة فعالية و كفاءة التطبيق انه قبل تعبئة نموذج البلاغ أن يتم إضافة نبذة توعوية و امثلة عن الحالات التي يجب الابلاغ عنها و الحالات التي لا تعتبر احتيال لتجنب البلاغات الكيدية قدر الإمكان واذا ما كان المخبر تحت اي نوع من الحماية ضد أي ردة فعل كيدية كذلك.
