Kind of interesting. Just don't think too much as the answer is straight forward. "Hint:The answer ia somewhwre in the room"<---This is not considered a hint xD. For the phone dial part, player needs to turn on their volume to the max. after punching in the phone number, followed by the 4 dice number, then the listen to the 3 digit spoken by the phone guy, in japanes xD.

English is not really supported (as claimed) - game requires reading and listening in Japanese. Beyond that, puzzles are simplistic.
