Very frustrating. You will NEVER get anymore money out of me than what I spent for the starter packs and progressing rewards every 5 lvls till 45. EEVVEEERRR. You have some of the MOST pay to win mechanics and LOWEST pull rates put of almost all the mobile games I've played. The ONLY people that deserve real credit and respect are the artists. The only thing that keeps me playing is the beautiful and clean art. Im very sick of doing 10 multi pulls and MAYBE get an ssr. There are ALOT of ssr.

Game is super fun but you get so frustrated by not pulling any SSR heroes the drop rate is so horrible it will make you want to quit. I really want to play this game but I know I won't get any good heroes so what's the point. I even paid a small amount of $ and still nothing *cries...

Recently had a bad experience with UI bugs in their cash shop. The display will say 15 tickets and when you buy it will redirect to another pack. They will not help you and be dismissive. Be very wary.

One of the best strategic anime game I ever played. Been playing for over 2 yrs. Needs good amount of grind but worth it even if you are F2P.

Typical pay to win game. F2P players have 0% chance of ever aspiring to anything and even limited duration events are stacked against them as was the case for the Overlord crossover event and many others. If you are going to have limited duration events, it is common courtesy to make them easier than normal content, not harder. If you list a mission as level 45, it better be damn well be possible to complete at level 45 rather than being filled with enemies who can kill all your allies of lvl 55 or less in a single attack, even your tanks. To add insult to injury, all AI in this game is the steamroller type, thus when AI is placed on your team, it is weaker than normal and charges into battle without hesitation, even if it's a Soldier type unit that sees a Calvary unit nearby. It charges the Calvary and dies instantly which causes Game Overs in missions where you are supposed to protect the AI controlled unit. Attempt to place a tank near them doesn't do any good as the'll leave the tank's guard radius and still get themselves killed. Do everyone a favor and fix your damn AI. Steamroller AI is not acceptable when you're supposed to protect said AI. (also, remove an AI's ability to attack a unit type it is weak against) -------- It would be a good game if it's dev would balance it properly and fix it's AI, but they don't and most likely won't. When a unit you're supposed to protect goes out of your way to self-destruct on enemies units by attacking unit types they are weak against and ignoring your guard radius, the only way to save them is raw power and steamrolling the enemy before they get close, else they will get themselves killed and cause repetitive game overs that should have been avoidable.

This game is getting too hard and it starts super annoying. This is NOT fun. Need to be 20-30% easier.
