Start by creating a hunt on the Hide and Beep website (https://hide-and-beep.projects.multimediatechnology.at/). Create thrilling hints with clever riddles that lead to any location in the world. Once your hunt is ready, send the authentication code to your family and friends, so they can play your hunt too. Open your app to start the fun. Enter in the secret authentication code and the hunt will begin. Go outside and follow the first hint to where you think the location might be. Once you start to get close, the once yellow radar will turn orange and your phone will beep. You know you’re almost there when the radar turns red and the beeping gets faster. When you are at the right place, you will receive your next hint. The number in the middle of the radar tells you how many hints you still have to find, until you find the treasure. But hurry! You need to find the treasure before the time runs out! Once you find the treasure, the hunt creator will place a treasure code inside it. Enter this treasure code into the app and if it is correct, you’re the winner! Compete against your family and friends to see who the fastest and smartest explorer is!
