This game sets unrealistic goals. You need too many parts to build goal appliances, too many baked goods to reach next goal, and not enough time to do it. You can have 200 neighbors and still have trouble getting requested parts, after they put a limit on how many gifts you can get every day. This used to be fun, a and enjoyable, but not anymore.

Do not waste your time. Through the course of the day, I kept noticing my coins would disappear 1,000 or so at a time. I just spent 2 hours accumulating 11,000 coins. As I glanced at the game, it glitched and dropped down to 7,234. I submitted a ticket and received an instantaneous auto reply that I've copied and pasted below. Restaurant Story | Your Ticket Has Been Closed. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover any currency lost in Restaurant Story. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Not only has there been no help in correcting the lack of notifications problem... but now I can't even get support to issue several missing items back into my inventory. I played my arse off collecting gems and now have little to show for my efforts. Don't bother sending an EM- they just give a lame excuse for why they can't (or rather; won't) help. Instead they direct you to the forums. I wasted HOURS of time scouring the forums for any help/advice & came up empty handed. ZERO STARS 😡👎

fun game to play. does not have to take up time. when doing "quest's" though it does NOT tell you which oven you will find certain thinga you have to make. also the amount of items you have to get to make a new oven fir a quest can be very hard to get if you do not have a lot of neighbors who play often enought.

impossible to move to new phone. i loved this game and play it all the time. i bought a new phone, but have lost all my games. since customer service doesnt care to help me retrieve my games, i will be deleting all my games at the end of january. fashion, restaurant and bakery are the only games i lost and cant retrieve.

Not the best version of this game. Scroll effect on shop items is not smooth, no free gems (unlike Restaurant Story 1) and very few new elements. 90% of additional buildable items (eg. stoves, ovens, etc.) still need more options. Most of them only have 3 available. Disappointed Teamlava.
