Difficult at times

I would have given 5 stars but it takes a long time for energy to build back up. Plus I got a new phone and had to start over from beginning. I was on level 311. Can you please fix this issue. It took me a while to get to that level. Otherwise it is one of my favorite games. I do not pay money for any game to boost. Everything I earn I do it the hard way. I am now back up to level 82.

Game is fun..I enjoy it. Why can't a game which is obviously geared toward kids NOT use words like FAILED & QUIT?? My grandson is learning to read & told me he couldn't play the game anymore because it told him he FAILED!...btw...The bear games do cheat on score.
