Fun game. The notifications added to the mood of the game. Good story, and interesting characters and twists. About to play again to try to get another ending.

Pretty engaging but the pacing is uneven. I wish the developer has a checklist within the game to tell the player which paths have been taken. I want to replay it but I keep wounding up with the same choices I have made. Hahaha!

I just finished and got my first ending, and what a trip it was! Others say it is bugged, but there are times you have to wait a bit. There are a few mistakes (character knew another character's name before learning it, missing periods, capitalizing errors, etc.) but it really isn't jarring to the story. The story, speaking of, is absolutely frabjous! It keeps you on your toes, leaving you itching to continue onwards. The app itself keeps the aesthetic rolling amazingly. Truly a must-have now!!

Great interactive mini novel. The writing, story, scenarios, & sci fi are really well done overall. I would say the only slight negatives IMO would be some of the character's reactions(or lack of reactions) in a few instances which took me out of the immersion a bit. Also, I feel like this game would be significantly better if there were more than just 2 options to choose from all the time. Despite these minor issues of my the game is still very engaging & fun because of how well written it is.

Thank you so much for making this free!! I'm currently in chapter 3 and I'm thoroughly enjoying every bit of the story. Personally, I don't find the waiting time to be too long. And everytime I am faced with a difficult choice, I'm filled with exhilaration!! The writing style is great and I look forward to what other games the devs may come up with :)) Thank you so much for making this awesome game!!

I really enjoyed myself playing this game. I found the storytelling to be interesting, and I even enjoyed having to wait for the next part of the story. I think it should be stated before playing the game that there are wait times (I might have wasted a few minutes wondering if the protagonist was going to come back any time soon), and I also missed out on some timed events because the dialogue was coming at me a little too slow so I just let it play (and then later realized I couldn't do that.

About this app

Immerse yourself in a gripping, interactive science fiction text adventure story (CYOA) where the fate of the world depends on the choices you make.

Story: On the outskirts of a dark town, a woman awakes in an empty motel. With no memory of who she is or how she got there, she will rely on your judgement and quick-thinking to help her make choices, learn the truth of her identity, and the secrets of a mysterious pulse that seems to be the cause of it all.

The Pulse was designed to reward players for their relationship building as much as their problem-solving. The player's health, the trust built up with the protagonist, and the items you find, will all impact what choices you can make and how the story unfolds.

New features

The Pulse in now ad supported!

This release provides players with the ability to go back to previous choices, and includes a 'fast mode' that is unlocked upon completion of the game.

This release also includes minor bug and story fixes and reduced wait times.
