Listen devs, this is one of the best mobile games I ever played but there are some issues. First the spawn rates of both the cops and the military are way to much especially on hard missions like the two skill ones, I get that they are supposed to bee persistent but we need take a breather once a while. Secondly I'm not really seeing that much used for money besides upgrades or buying expensive items from the store, also the game kinda feels pay2win as if microtransactions are the only way win.

I read the reviews while this game was downloading. I figured there may be a few lag or loading issues but thought it could have been user issues. To everyone who reviewed and reported the issues I am sorry I did not listen. The hour of my life I lost uninstalling and reinstalling, trying everything to get it to load past 12 seconds into what appeared to be an intro, was my punishment. I never got to play so I can't review the game play. But the tech I saw was terrible.

I love this game but I just updated and you took away being able to watch ads to unlock crates!!!!!? That's crazy I won't play this game no more as it takes only 20 mins to fill up the four slots for crates... And it takes forever to get enough diamonds to open crates all the time now. Bring back the ads option PLEASE 🥺 I am so sad with this new update plus I just spent 10$ for the new season pass..

This game already had issues before the update, but I was trying to upgrade a weapon after I updated and it wasn't responsive at all. I even waited before hitting the button again. I had 4m and now I barely have <50k. Anyways, I'm definitely not spending that much time on this game until they fix what's wrong with it & I'll be damn if I spend any more cash. 🤬👿

The game is great, only since the update there are to many disconnections during heists. Sometimes I start with 3 others and during the heist the other 2 disconnected so I have to play alone.... its a huge effort to finish it by yourself and when I finished.... i got stuck... no rewards... hope you guys will solve this soon because the game is awesome if you can play it.

It was a decent game until I was forced to update yesterday, now I can't watch ads to open crates faster? 3hrs for the smallest crate? Basically you won't get any loot or money. Not to mention it takes 5 or 6 times to link to my Google play account so I can actually play the game! Fix the issues & I'll give a better rating.
