【あらすじ】

ぐるみ、猫、犬、……そしてツインテール！」

『アーティスト取締法』～「美術創作、音楽活動、彫刻など、芸術と呼ばれるモノは全て人生の無駄使いであるため、禁止しなければならない。」

数々の理不尽な法律と厳しい圧政によって、世界中のツインテールと萌え文化が絶滅の危機に瀕したそのとき……ひとりの少女が反逆ののろしを上げた！

アボルフ・リィナ――輝く金髪のツインテールと、スイーツへの飽くなき欲望、そして世界を揺るがすほどの萌力を持つ、少女である。
そんな彼女の萌力に魅了されて多くの人々が集い、やがてそれは「萌戦」と呼ばれる武装反政府運動を率いる最大の反政府組織「萌軍」になったのだ。

バトルは、プレイヤーが後方から直接操作する“司令”と前線でオート戦闘を行う“兵士”に分かれます。
司令は戦車に乗って、前線の兵士を守りながら敵軍を狙い撃つ！
戦車で使用できる砲弾は兵士の組み合わせで変化するため、兵士の配置は戦局を大きく左右します。
シューティングゲームとしての射撃要素だけでなく、司令官としてのシミュレーション要素も愉しむことができるバトルとなっています！

金髪ツインテールの萌軍元帥を始め、メイド・ヤンデレ・眼鏡っ娘など萌要素たっぷりの女の子たちが登場します！

◆「戦友助っ人」機能の追加
作戦開始前に、戦友の兵士を一人だけ「助っ人」として選ぶことが出来ます。
◆「フレンドポイント」の追加
ステージ挑戦の際に助っ人兵士を使用した場合や自分の兵士が助っ人として呼ばれた場合、フレンドポイントがもらえます。
◆「特別訓練」の追加
萌軍の兵士たちが、新入指揮官へ戦いに必要な知識を教えてくれます。
◆新規ガチャ追加/仕様変更
バージョンアップに伴い、新しいガチャの追加と既存ガチャの仕様変更を行いました。
