It is a fun game. I lost my progress due to tablet issues. I emailed them to see is there was a way to maybe have my progress restored... I was told "no." I understand that. I was told to provide proof of purchase of hello kitty points and which helpers I had. I did that. I havent heard anything since. Its been almost a month. It isnt easy to collect those hello kitty points either. I had to buy the points if I wanted to progress.

I very very love this game!! But why did i just hit 4 star is because its always be lag all the time, and i have to start from the begining not from level 1 but if this game not lagging, it was very adictive

I like this game but they did'nt gave me daily bonus they told to come back to tommorow to get daily bonus . Please fix this problem. Otherwise the game is good and this is the only reason I gave four star to them and not five stars

Why did I give it 4 stars? Because I don't know how to get HK points, please tell me. I love it as it is very addictive but I can't get any more characters without buying points???

it's very easy to play addictive and fun to play. but i hope that there is other way to get some HK POINTS . so that i be able to get some of the other character in the game. i Love also the graphics .. keep up the good work :-* spread love HK. 😘
