Please help why I can't any longer open play time duration gift pack under chess dropdown menu (middle right position). The error message "please connect to the internet" although my Internet connection is normal as I can open any in-ads within the game. This happen after I upgrade my Lark to SSS Level. Kindly solve this problem urgently as I need the gift pack to support the upgrade of my other aircraft.

Game won't go online. All daily online rewards,PVP etc not loading. Emailed customer service and 2 weeks of emails back and fourth just to be told that Game is out of order and offline.

Great game ok great but it will not STOP STATING that im NOT connected to the internet but I am connected..so this ruins the game and I cant save progress. Please advise.

Very poor game always exiting during gameplay making a very poor game if it wasn't for this it would be fun I have tried on 3: different device's and run into the same problem everytime do not download it is a complete waste of time

Overall I really enjoy the game I like the details the graphics the colors the only thing that is annoying is the music it could be better. And the voices that say good great excellent is kind of annoying to, but other than that I really love this game a lot better than the most if not all of its kind
